My mission is to shape a city where technology, nature, and humanity thrive together—a city that not only functions smartly but lives sustainably. At MX SMART CITY, we are not just planning buildings and roads—we are building a culture, a new model of life, and a beacon of hope. I am committed to ensuring that every voice is heard, every tree is preserved, and every child can grow up breathing clean air and drinking clean water. I believe this city can redefine what it means to live well—and I will dedicate my heart, mind, and leadership to making it a reality.
With nearly three decades of experience in the healthcare industry, I specialize in the transformation and optimization of hospital operations. My leadership style is grounded in strategic thinking, collaboration, and results-oriented management. Currently, I serve as General Director at Hospital Cyntar, where I bring a diverse and innovative perspective focused on elevating the quality and efficiency of patient care.
Throughout my professional journey, I have held key executive roles in hospital administration, leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing high-impact projects that have transformed healthcare delivery. Over the last eleven months, my focus has been on the design, planning, and construction of new hospital facilities—projects aimed not only at expanding infrastructure but also at improving our EBITDA and overall service standards. My career has also involved forging strategic alliances with insurance companies and negotiating contracts that add value to both our patients and our network of medical professionals. This experience has enabled me to build sustainable healthcare models that balance operational efficiency with a patient-centered approach.
My mission is to drive excellence in healthcare through innovation, strategic partnerships, and a culture of service. I am committed to strengthening medical networks and fostering collaborative ecosystems that deliver long-term value. Every decision I make is guided by a deep sense of responsibility to improve lives, empower healthcare professionals, and build institutions that lead with integrity, quality, and compassion.
My name is Anakaren Avila, and I am an architect by training and an ecologist by heart. From a young age, I was fascinated by the way natural landscapes could influence human well-being, and how thoughtfully designed spaces could uplift both communities and ecosystems. I see architecture not as a static discipline, but as a living art—one that must evolve alongside the Earth and serve the needs of both people and planet.
I hold dual degrees in Architecture and Environmental Urbanism, and for over 15 years I have worked at the intersection of sustainable design, ecological restoration, and urban innovation. I’ve led international design teams, contributed to award-winning green projects, and advocated for regenerative architecture in academic and policy spaces. As Chief Architect of MX SMART CITY, I bring my expertise to shape a built environment that breathes, heals, and flourishes. My work goes beyond aesthetics—it's rooted in climate responsiveness, zero-waste principles, and long-term resilience.
My mission is to help reimagine urban life as something that enhances, not erodes, the natural world. In MX SMART CITY, I am designing ecosystems, not just buildings. Every structure, park, and pathway is envisioned to foster harmony between humans and nature—to cool the earth, filter the water, restore biodiversity, and create joy. I want every resident of MX SMART CITY to feel not only safe and inspired, but also deeply connected to the land they walk on. Because when design is led by ecology and empathy, cities become sanctuaries.
My name is Oswal Osuna, and I’m a passionate technologist, systems architect, and strategist in Artificial Intelligence with a deep belief in ethical innovation. To me, technology is not just a tool—it’s a responsibility. I’ve always been fascinated by the idea that machines can learn, adapt, and support human progress, but only when guided by values like sustainability, equity, and purpose. I believe the smartest systems are those that empower people, not replace them.
With more than 15 years of experience in advanced computing, urban automation, and AI integration, I’ve worked on mx smart city frameworks, neural networks for infrastructure management, and machine learning platforms that reduce energy waste and improve decision-making. I’ve collaborated with government agencies, tech companies, and universities to build systems that are scalable, secure, and socially responsible. As the AI & Smart Systems Director at MX SMART CITY, my job is to connect all the moving parts—energy, water, mobility, safety, and data—into an intelligent ecosystem that responds to the needs of the city and its residents in real time.
My mission is to ensure that MX SMART CITY becomes a living example of responsible, human-centered technology. In this city, AI doesn’t just automate—it anticipates and protects. Smart systems manage energy efficiently, optimize transportation flows, monitor environmental health, and support public safety—all while respecting privacy and reinforcing transparency. I’m here to prove that when technology is designed with empathy and foresight, it becomes a true partner in building a better world.
